Inclusive & Accessible
Joyful Craft Space is built for everyone. We work year-round to ensure every attendee can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable festival experience.
Our Accessibility Commitment
Inclusion is not an afterthought at Joyful Craft Space — it is central to everything we do.
At Joyful Craft Space, we believe that live music and culture should be accessible to everyone, regardless of disability, age, or sensory need. We work closely with disability organisations, accessibility consultants, and the disabled community in the planning of every festival to ensure our site, services, and staff meet the highest possible standards.
Our venue, 東大阪市 Bay Waterfront Arena, has been comprehensively assessed for accessibility, and we have invested significantly in accessible infrastructure including viewing platforms, accessible toilets, quiet rooms, and dedicated pathway improvements. We are never complacent — each year we review feedback from disabled attendees and implement improvements.
If you have specific requirements that are not covered on this page, or if you would like to discuss your needs before purchasing a ticket, our dedicated accessibility team is here to help. Please reach out to us at info@joyfulcraftspace.com — we will do everything we can to make sure you have a brilliant festival experience.
