Art Installation Zone
A sprawling outdoor gallery featuring some of Japan's most exciting contemporary artists alongside international creators. Photography and social sharing encouraged.

Street Performance Circuit

Family & Kids Zone
Joyful Craft Space is a festival for everyone. Our dedicated Kids Zone is a safe, supervised space packed with activities designed for younger attendees.
🎨 Face Painting
Professional face painters create designs inspired by Japanese art and anime. Sessions are 10–15 minutes and free for children with a festival ticket.
🎈 Balloon Artists
Expert balloon sculptors roam the Kids Zone and surrounding areas creating incredible animals, characters, and festival-themed creations.
📖 Storytelling Corner
Hourly storytelling sessions with costumed performers bringing Japanese folk tales and original stories to life. Great for ages 3–10.
🖐️ Kids Workshops
Age-appropriate workshops including origami, drumming, and painting. Mini versions of the adult workshops with specialist child facilitators.
🔇 Quiet & Calm Area
A designated low-stimulation quiet area within the Kids Zone for children (and adults) who need a sensory break. Comfortable seating and reduced noise.
👨👩👧 Family Viewing Area
A dedicated family viewing section with elevated viewing platforms, seating, and easy access to facilities — perfect for watching the Main Stage with children.
Wellness & Wellbeing Area
Recharge your body and mind at our dedicated wellness space. A peaceful retreat in the heart of the festival.
Yoga Sessions
Morning yoga sessions daily from 08:00–09:30. Mats provided. All levels welcome.
Meditation
Guided meditation sessions throughout the day. 20-minute drop-in format — no booking needed.
Massage Stations
Walk-in chair massage and reflexology sessions. ¥1,500 for 15 minutes.
Healing Arts
Crystal healing, sound baths, and Reiki sessions. See the wellness timetable at the zone entrance.
Hydration Hub
Free water refill station plus healthy drinks and electrolyte options within the wellness zone.
Welfare Support
Trained welfare volunteers available around the clock. Confidential support for anyone who needs it.

Activity Pricing
The vast majority of activities are included free with your festival ticket. A small number of specialist workshops carry an additional charge.
Included with festival ticket (free): Art Installation Zone, Street Performance Circuit, Festival Market browsing, Family & Kids Zone, Gaming & Tech Zone, morning yoga, meditation sessions, storytelling, origami workshops, and most Workshop Village sessions.
Workshops with a small additional charge (¥500–¥2,000): Traditional tea ceremony (¥1,000), Yukata dressing with photo (¥2,000), Taiko drumming (advanced session, ¥800), Japanese calligraphy kit (¥500), massage stations (¥1,500 per 15 min). All payable at the activity point — card and cash accepted.
