Weekend Pass FAQs

Yes! You can upgrade your Weekend Pass to a Full Festival Pass at any time before the event, subject to availability. Contact our support team and we will invoice you the difference in price. Upgrades are processed within 24 hours and your ticket will be updated automatically in our system.
Weekend Passes are fully transferable to another person at no extra charge up to 7 days before the first day of your pass. Transfers are done through your account on the Joyful Craft Space ticketing portal. Simply enter the new holder's name and email address and we will issue them a new ticket. Same-day transfers are not permitted.
Yes — 2-day Weekend Passes (Weekend Warrior and Mid-Week Escape) are pre-assigned to specific day combinations. Weekend Warrior covers Saturday and Sunday; Mid-Week Escape covers Thursday and Friday. If you want to choose a different 2-day combination (e.g. Friday + Saturday), please contact our team as custom combos may be available subject to demand. The Full Festival Pass (4 days) covers all days with no restrictions.
