Camping Rules & Info

  • •Camping is a paid add-on — a valid festival pass is required to access the campsite
  • •Campers can arrive from 12:00 PM on Thursday August 14
  • •Check-out by 12:00 PM on Monday August 18
  • •Quiet hours in camping zones: 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM
  • •No open fires or gas canisters in personal tents
  • •Glass bottles are not permitted in the campsite
  • •Camping wristband must be worn at all times in the campsite
  • •Tents must not exceed 4m × 4m in standard zones
  • •Strictly no drones in or above the campsite area

Camping Zone Map

The campsite is divided into 4 distinct zones, each designed for a different camping style and proximity to the main stages.

Zone A — Festival Side

Closest to the main stage (3 min walk). Standard camping. High energy zone — earplugs recommended.

Zone B — Bay Side

Scenic 東大阪市 Bay views, 8 min walk to stages. Perfect balance of access and tranquillity.

Zone C — Quiet Zone

Family-friendly, reduced noise. Pre-pitched tent area located here. 12 min walk to main stages via shuttle.

Glamping Village

Private glamping pods in a secluded garden. Exclusive facilities, dedicated golf buggy service to stages.

Camping is an Add-on — Festival Pass Required

You must hold a valid festival pass (Day Pass, Weekend Pass, or Full Festival Pass) in addition to your camping add-on. Camping tickets do not grant entry to the festival. View all festival tickets →

Camping FAQs

For Standard Camping, you will need to bring your own tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, and any personal camping gear. We recommend a waterproof tent rated for summer use. For Pre-Pitched Tent, the tent and sleeping bag are provided — you need only your personal belongings. For the Glamping Suite, everything is provided including bedding, lighting, and storage — simply arrive with your luggage.
Campers can arrive and begin setting up from 12:00 PM on Thursday August 14 — the day the festival opens. Early access from 9:00 AM is available for Glamping Suite guests and Pre-Pitched Tent holders. If you hold a Weekend Pass (Sat/Sun only), campsite access begins from 12:00 PM on Saturday August 16. All campers must check out by 12:00 PM on Monday August 18.
Quiet hours are enforced across the entire campsite between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Bluetooth speakers are permitted outside of quiet hours at a reasonable volume. Excessive noise at any time may result in removal from the campsite. Zone C is a designated family-friendly quiet zone with stricter noise limits — please check your zone assignment at check-in. Live music and amplified sound in tents are not permitted at any time.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Joyful Craft Space, including in the campsite. This policy exists for the comfort and safety of all attendees and to comply with venue regulations at 東大阪市 Bay Waterfront Arena. Registered assistance and guide dogs are welcome — please contact us in advance at support@joyfulcraftspace.com so we can make appropriate arrangements.
