Pre-order the full collection now at our online store. Choose between worldwide shipping or in-festival collection — pick up your order at the dedicated pre-order desk near Gate A to skip the queue at festival merch booths.
Festival Merch Booths
Multiple merchandise booths are located throughout the festival site including at all 4 stage areas, the main festival hub, and Gate A. Booths open with the gates (from 11:00) and trade until 30 minutes after the last act each night.
VIP Exclusive Items
A selection of premium and exclusive items — including the 東大阪市 Bay Bomber Jacket — are available only to VIP ticket holders. Visit the VIP Merch Lounge inside the VIP area for access to these exclusive pieces.

Standard shipping within Japan: 2–5 business days. Express delivery (next business day) available for orders placed before 15:00. Free standard shipping on orders over ¥8,000.
🌍 International Shipping
International delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Tracked shipping available. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
↩ Returns Policy for Online Orders
Unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided tags are attached and original packaging is included. To initiate a return, email info@joyfulcraftspace.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note: personalised items, vinyl records, and items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable. In-festival purchases cannot be returned unless faulty.
